Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with WAT. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We offer returns and exchanges within 3 days (72 hours) from the date you receive your order.

If more than 72 hours have passed since delivery, we unfortunately won’t be able to accept a return or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us via Instagram with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. Sale items may also be final sale.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
